Blocky Blast Puzzle is a comfortable game to play and there is no time limit involved, yet the ten by ten grid becomes punishing just from a few mistakes. The person gets a little box of shapes and needs to fit them in such a way that clears a full row or column. Each time something clears, it makes space. This space is more valuable than one great scoring play. It starts to get fun when everything lines up into a combo and clears the board again. So, the blocks can’t just be rotated to fix their positions, odd shapes have to be planned before the easy ones.

How to Play Blocky Blast Puzzle

Consider all shapes before placing your first shape. Identify the shape with the least possible safe spots and create space for it when there are still plenty of open spaces on the board. Make rows and columns, but do not make small holes that common shapes cannot fit into. Preserve large open spaces for large shapes rather than making a scattered pattern of spaces. After one successful placement that makes a hole, consider what happens to the hole after you remove the line before making another move. There is no time limit, so take advantage of this.
